A fantastic new opportunity for an Accounts and Finance Administrator has arisen to join our fantastic growing client in Amersham. The ideal candidate will have a sound Accounts and Finance knowledge to take on day to day accounts and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- The ideal Accounts and Finance Administrator will have QuickBooks knowledge to deal with cash flow tasks, chase outstanding payments and upload invoices onto the system.
- The ideal Accounts and Finance Administrator will have experience dealing with pay runs as well as bank reconciliations.
- Must have an ability to work on purchase/sales ledger tasks as well as deal with cash and cheque payments.
- Must have an ability to carry out general ad hoc. Admin tasks as well as communicate effectively with the team and understand different aspects of the company.

Key Attributes:

- Must have a sound knowledge of QuickBooks or a relevant Accounting software package
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Ideally a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

Hours:

Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Salary:

£20,000 – 24,000
