Job description:

We have an exciting opportunity available for an Administration and Support Officer to join our client in Amersham.

The role will combine the running of the help-desk facility, which is phone and email support for users and partner organisations as well as provide administrative and operational support in the office.

ROLE:
Administrative work such as adding new users, updating logos and enabling access.
Occasional weekend Support cover as part of a team rota.
Collection and verification of BACS details
Notification of BACS payments, administration of cheque payments
Gift Aid reclaim and payment receipt reconciliation
Partner Invoicing and debtor collection
Funeral Review support and review
Monitoring spam and catchall emails
Report creation e.g. Activity Report for partners
Help dealing with practical problems that occur including office supplies, maintenance and cleaning
Help with organising any rotas, meetings and events as part of day to day operations

KEY ATTRIBUTES:
Have a willingness to work in a small team
Flexible in terms of the role, as its a small growing company
Computer proficient, capable of learning a new software
Good attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Calm and compassionate manner for dealing with support calls from a wide range of users

Option of being 4 days/week or 3 days/week for the right candidate.
Salary will be pro-rata depending on agreed hours.

Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)

Salary:

£24,500 (Depending on experience)
