Our client, an award winning specialist in their field are looking for an Administrator to join their team in their fast-paced Amersham Office. The ideal candidate will have strong Administration skills and ideally come from a fast paced and accurate environment in the Property Industry previously.

Key Responsibilities:

- The successful administrator will be dealing with customer and tenant appointments whilst liaising with landlords, offers and tenant references.

- The successful administrator will be sending out contracts for rentals as well as providing move in packs for tenants

- General administration experience is required to type up property details, valuation reports and sales letters.

- Experience working in an Estate Agents or the Travel Industry is preferable to work on the many new home reports and work efficiently and accurately

- The successful administrator must have impeccable front client facing skills to register applicant details, make viewings and carry out booking valuations

Key Attributes:

- The ideal candidate will be exceptionally smart, well presented, well-spoken and articulate with a sense of humour

- High attention to detail

- Able to work well under pressure and manage workloads

- Excellent spelling and grammar

- Strong enthusiasm

- Experience in an Estate agents/lettings industry or travel industry is essential.
