We currently have an exciting and diverse opportunity available for an enthusiastic and experienced Office Coordinator to join a well-known Property company based in Amersham.

The suitable candidate for this role will have good time management, high level of confidentiality, good communication - internal/clients and a high level of personal presentation.

DUTIES:
Manage and co-ordinate daily diary
Manage and co-ordinate office supplies/procedures
Telephone/Answerphone
Meet and Greet
Make appointments
Messages
Data in-put
Print off details as and when required
Accompany viewings (where necessary)

Hours:
Alternate weeks: 6 days in 1 week (Monday to Saturday) and 5 days the next week (Monday to Friday) and so on.

9:00am - 6:30pm

Salary:

£11.00 per hour / £24 000 Annually
