Our client, well known in the industry is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator.
The successful candidate must be a touch typist, with Audio Typing experience, be able to work on their own initiative once trained and have several years’ experience in this type of work.
The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, high level of personal presentation and good working knowledge with computer packages that include Word, Outlook & Excel.
Reception - answering the phone, meet and greet, arranging appointments, register applicants, data in-put
Audio and copy typing
Assistant to Office Manager when required
Implementing Client Identification checks when required.
Provided basic IT support to staff
File management, stationery management and printing data
Mondau to Friday - 9:00am - 6:00pm (1 Hour Lunch)
£21,000 - £22,000 Per Annum
