We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading specialist in their field on a full time basis in Amersham. The ideal candidate will need to be an individual driven by success with a strong Sales energy who is willing to visit clients across the UK to generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- The successful Business Development Manager will need to build new business and generate sales using a consultative approach to build on existing and new relationships with clients.
- Must have an ability to ensure client expectations are met as well as develop a strategy to maximise potential for new business.
- The Business Development Manager will need to be able to drive to visit clients to discuss the company products and close deals with new accounts as well as retain these accounts.
- Assist with marketing duties to promote the company.
- The successful candidate must have impeccable relationship building skills with a confident and driven attitude to succeed.

Key Attributes:

- Experience in Business Development and Sales is essential
- An Electronic or IT background would be very beneficial
- Good track record in meeting Sales targets with a positive and passionate attitude
- Must be willing to travel to clients across the UK.

Salary:
£40,000-50,000 Basic Salary + Commission + Negotiable Car Allowance
