Job description:

A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Account Executive has arisen for a busy and growing company in Rickmansworth. The ideal candidate will have gained experience dealing with Customer/Client Accounts or a Sales background.

Key Responsibilities:

- The successful Customer Service Account Executive will be liaising with new and existing clients to build new business or maintain relationships to retain existing business through inbound and outbound calls to clients.

- The successful candidate must be able to maintain the customer database and use efficiently ensuring all targeted quotes are followed up in a timely manner

- The successful Customer Service Account Executive must have previous experience liaising with clients and customers confidently to provide general support to the sales function and business.

- Must be able to negotiate and convert quotation opportunities into business working closely with internal colleagues to do so as well as prioritise follow up contact with clients.

Key Attributes:

- A proven track record of Customer/ Client Management is desirable

- Strong numeracy and literacy skills essential

- Impeccable relationships building skills with impeccable communication and organisational skills.

- Driven and self-motivated with a strong initiative to succeed.

Hours:

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
