Customer Service Administrator (Member Services)
Our client, a leading specialist in their field are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Rickmansworth. This would suit a candidate looking to get their first role in a Customer Service Administrative environment or a candidate with previous Customer Service Admin experience. The role will be working in the Member Services department.
Producing quotations for all product lines
Loading new business on to the system
Dealing with membership & policy amendments post-enrolment
Calculating, sending and processing renewals for all product lines
Assist in pricing negotiations on quotations and renewals
Ad-hoc administration tasks such as scanning documentation or franking post.
Numeracy and literacy skills essential.
Able to build rapport and successful relationships
Empathetic; able to identify, understand and respond to different views
