Our client, a leading specialist in their field are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their small friendly team in Amersham. The ideal candidate will be proactive with an excellent customer service background as well as love helping customers. This role will be a 12 month maternity cover contract with the possibility of going permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- The Customer Service Assistant will need to create friendly and respectful relationships with customers, staff, key accounts, suppliers and all others with whom you deal.
- The Customer Service Assistant will contribute to the growth and enhancement of the company brand by striving to present it as the best in its market segment.
- Customers should be dealt with ethically and honestly, matching products and services to a client's needs and desires.
- Your appearance, your work space, and that of the store should be presented every day in a way consistent with the highest retail standards.
- The ideal candidate will be a caring all-rounder responsible for meeting and greeting clients and ensuring they feel welcome and cared for.
- Build strong in store, email and phone based relationships with customers to aid and advise them
- Follow up on leads generated by the store footfall, the website or our varied social media platforms.

Tuesday-Saturday 40 Hours
