Customer Service Representative
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Executive to join our award winning client in Thame. The ideal candidate will need to have previous Customer Service experience with a friendly and motivated approach to providing an excellent service to their clients.
The successful Customer Service Executive will primarily be taking incoming calls from Customers and answering any questions and queries appropriately.
Must have an excellent telephone manner to respond to customers efficiently as the first point of contact.
The Customer Services Executive must be IT literate to assist with admin based tasks using the internal CRM system and carry out general data entry.
This individual must be self-motivated, adaptable, work well under pressure as well as work independently and in a team effectively.
Previous Customer Service experience with a desire to progress your career in a fast paced office environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Must be flexible and adaptable to work varying shift patterns
Weekend and Bank Holiday shifts available for candidates who want to earn overtime or time off in lieu.
Full-time role of 38.5 Hours a week with varying shift patterns
