Are you looking for a rewarding role to help others? Our client a specialist charity are looking for a Housing Management Officer to join their small team to work with residents to ensure their tenancies are maintained and remain secure. The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous experience and knowledge of Housing Benefits or in a Care based role.

Key Responsibilities:

- The Housing Management Officer will be maintaining statistical records and assisting with internal and external reporting as well as dealing with any general administrative duties.

- This individual will be supporting the Senior Housing Management Worker with the selection of prospective residents ensuring risk assessments are carried out as well as encouraging residents involvement at all times.

- The Housing Management Officer will be supporting residents during the process of moving on to encourage the residents in their continuous development programme.

Key Attributes:

- Must be flexible and adaptable due to the shift pattern with occasional emergency cover or sleepover.

- Experience working with vulnerable people with an NVQ in Health and Social Care being essential.

- Strong IT skills with an ability to write and collate reports

Hours:

Shift Pattern between 8:00am and 10:00pm with evenings and weekends.
