Job description:

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced IT Trainer at a leading company. Well known in their field, our client will require the successful candidate to design, develop and deliver the IT Training to staff.

The Lead IT Trainer will be responsible for ensuring that all staff are trained on the various applications and IT systems and identify new training methods.

Working alongside the IT Director to formulate the IT training strategy.
Recommending any technologies that will improve the way training is delivered.
Planning, Creating, structuring, preparing and delivering training.
Creation of online, E-Learning and blended training programmes.
Help in delivering Firm-wide technology rollouts.
Design continuous enhancements to course material.
Design training manuals, develop and deliver technical training (classroom setting or online).
Provide Desk side/Remote support from time to time.
Ensure incidents/requests are logged and entered accurately and escalated to 1st line support.

Excellent communication skills as well as have an expressive and articulate attitude.
Possess excellent presentation skills.
Ability to deliver training to users at all levels.
At least 2 years’ experience in delivery both classroom lead and Desk-based training.
Experience of running or leading an IT training function within a law firm or similar professional services environment.
Excellent knowledge and experience of all MS Office applications.
Excellent knowledge of key applications: iManageFilesite and Work 10, Microsoft Teams, PDF Docs and KofaxPowerPDF, SOS Connect and Practice Manager, Laserforms/Cloud forms, DocuSign, BigHand Digital Dictation and Outline
