Our client, a well known Legal firm is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic Administrator to assist in their Wills, Trusts and Probate department.

This exciting and varied role requires someone with previous experience working in an administrative capacity within a professional services company and ideally with previous experience of using a Legal Practice Management System.

If you have excellent accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to proof-read, are well organised and able to work to deadlines and guidelines, then this role may be for you!

Role Details;
Drafting documents including deputy applications, Trustee Act applications, deputy reports, lasting powers of attorney, witness statements
Preparing correspondence and documents on matters
Liaising with clients and others by email, telephone and in person
Assisting the Court of Protection fee earners
Checking lengthy documentation and proofreading as required and completing legal forms
Paying bills on behalf of clients and file opening and closing in accordance with company procedures
Preparation of bills in accordance with company procedures
Checking deeds in and out of the deeds storage facility. Collecting deeds from the floor and returning them to storage.
Printing, scanning, copying documents. Generally liaising with the document management centre on document production/collation tasks.
Maintaining Court of Protection calendar
