Job description:

An exciting and varied Administrative opportunity has become available at a leading wellness Clinic in South Bucks.
The suitable candidate will need to have excellent time management skills, good problem solving skills, have the ability to multitask, have excellent organisational, written and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Ideally the role is to work on a Part Time basis, doing 15-20 hours a week. However candidates wanting to work Full Time hours for a period of 3 Months will be considered, this will be due to their current work load and back log. Once complete the role will return to a Part Time basis.

Experience and working knowledge with using advanced Excel is required and essential for this role.
Experience with using the online booking software TM3 will be ideal.

ROLE:
Welcome patients into the clinic and provide general support to patients
Answer telephone and direct calls as appropriate
Receive and respond to emails
Schedule appointments using the online booking software
Develop and maintain filing system and maintain contact lists
Create and reconcile the expense reports (Excel experience is required)
Handle the Social Media Marketing and Business development
Recruiting & Training staff

The Administrator will need to work on Sundays, to attend to patients coming in for appointments.
(A day off is given in the week in lieu)

£12.00 - £14.00 Per Hour
