Our client a leading specialist Recruitment Agency are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate will be someone with previous 360 Recruitment experience or a previous Sales background to hit the ground running, although full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- As a Recruitment Consultant you are responsible for sourcing talented people who are interested in progressing their careers and introducing those people to clients who need their talents.

- The successful Recruitment Consultant will be working on a 360 desk to develop new business opportunities as well as placing the right candidates to develop long sustainable relationships.

- The Recruitment Consultant will need to communicate effectively with clients (by phone, video links, face to face, at conferences etc.) to learn what is important to them to meet targets and build for future business.

Key Attributes:

- Previous Recruitment or Sales experience would be desirable

- Must have a good initiative, be self-motivated and hungry for success!

- Must have a strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills

- Must have good IT skills

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (must be flexible)

Salary:

£22,500-27,000 (Depending on experience). Uncapped Commission
