Job description:

Our client, a well established Estate Agents is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be dealing with day to day Sales enquiries, property marketing, general administration whilst delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. This role would suit someone who has at least 2 years experience in the Property Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings
Answer sales enquiries via telephone and email
Communicate with landlords, updating them on viewings and offers
Oversee the Sales application process, with clear communication to all parties
Preparation of new instructions inc. photographs, particulars, property adverts etc.
To deliver excellent customer service
To carry out various property administration tasks as required

Skills and Attributes

Enthusiastic and looking to build a career within the property industry
Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group and internal staff.
Written communication and numerical skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports.
Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
A commitment to providing customer service.
To carry out any other reasonable tasks as may be directed by the Directors to meet the needs of business.
Well presented & personable
Must drive and have your own car

Hours and Environment

8:30 am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday including 2 Saturdays a month 9am-4pm.

Salary:

£18,000-24,000 OTE
