Do you have excellent customer facing and Administration skills? Do you want to work for a well-known company in a lively, busy office environment? Our well established client is looking for a Secretary/Administrator to join their team in Gerrards Cross.

Key Responsibilities:

- The ideal candidate will have excellent, quick and accurate typing skills

- General administration experience is required to type up property details, valuation reports and sales letters

- A strong ability to work within and very busy office with an ability to produce account reports

- Experience working in an Estate Agents is preferable to work on the many new home reports for Property Developers

- Ability to take down minutes

- Impeccable front client facing skills are required to register applicant details, make viewings, booking valuations and booking in surveys.

- The ideal candidate will be exceptionally smart, well presented, well-spoken and articulate with a sense of humour

- High attention to detail

- Able to work well under pressure and manage workloads

- Excellent spelling and grammar

- Strong enthusiasm

Full Training Provided

Monday-Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
