Our client a leading specialist Recruitment Agency are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate will be someone with at least 7 years’ 360 Recruitment experience who has a proven record of working on senior corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you are responsible for sourcing talented people who are interested in progressing their careers and introducing those people to clients who need their talents.

- The successful Senior Recruitment Consultant will be working on a 360 desk to develop new business opportunities as well as placing the right candidates to develop long sustainable relationships.

- The Senior Recruitment Consultant will need to communicate effectively with clients (by phone, video links, face to face, at conferences etc.) to learn what is important to them to meet targets and build for future business.

Key Attributes:

- At least 7 years’ Recruitment experience

- Must have a good initiative, be self-motivated and hungry for success!

- Must have a strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills

- Must have good IT skills

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (must be flexible)

Salary:

£40,000 (Depending on experience). Uncapped Commission
