Temp Office Administrator (Maternity Cover)
An exciting new Administrative role has become available for an experienced Office Administrator to cover maternity on a 9 Month Temp Assignment.
The successful candidate should have a basic knowledge of the construction industry, good IT skills and be available to start in the assignment by early July.
Must be able to drive due to location.
We require candidates that can commit to the role for the duration of the assignment.
Responding to site email requests
Answering phone calls
Scheduling delivery vehicles
Putting orders on the system and allocating to delivery vehicles
Reviewing and processing collections from sites
Processing damages and processing repairs
Assisting with other admin duties as needed - Filing, Data Entry
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Excellent numerical, written and interpersonal skills
Good time management skills
Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)
£10.00 Per Hour
