Job description:

Our client, a well-known supplier of parts and accessories is looking for an experienced Administrator Receptionist on a Temp to Perm basis.

Must have previous Administration experience, Drive due to location and be able to start Immediately.

ROLE:
Answer Telephone and direct calls
Sales Order Input into Pegasus OPERA 3 (POP system), raising Picking Notes, special price lists, delivery notes
Invoicing using POP system both electronically and by mail
Assist the sister company with Schedules – forwarding of invoices and administration
Checking customer internet portals and printing orders
Checking supplier Order Confirmations
Filing and Archiving
Maintain Stationery Requirements
Monitoring and ordering postage stamps and kitchen Requirements
General computer data input/mailing lists
General office duties and assistance as required.

Location:

Watford

Hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (1 Hour Lunch)

Salary:

£9.00 - £10.00 Per Hour
