Temp to Perm Office Assistant (Part Time)
Our client, a well-known supplier of parts and accessories is looking for an experienced Office Assistant on a Temp to Perm basis. The role is Part Time and will be suitable to someone with previous Administration experience.
The ideal candidate will need to have previous administration experience, a professional telephone manner, be highly organised and possess good working knowledge of Ms Office.
The role will be initially on a Temp to Perm basis, with a view to go Permanent as the role progresses.
Car Driver is beneficial due to location and must be able to start Immediately.
Answer Telephone and direct calls.
Sales order processing.
Sales Order Input into the system OPERA (This would be a strong advantage)
Raising picking notes and delivery notes.
Invoicing and using purchase order processing systems both electronically
Working closely with our factoring company ( and to understand how Factoring works)
Maintaining Stationery requirements.
Monitoring and ordering kitchen requirements
General office duties and assistance as required.
Part Time - Monday to Friday (10:00am - 2:00pm)
£9.00 Per Hour
