Customer Service Account Manager
We have an exciting role available at our well-established and fast growing client in the Healthcare Finance sector.
They are looking to recruit experienced Account Manager, to manage individual accounts in a professional and efficient manner.
Being the main point of contact for a number of client accounts, specific responsibilities will include:
· Accounts, Admin & Support:
Creating billing, allocating payments, allocating incoming payments, managing aged debt, reconciliation, and reporting
· Customer Service:
Providing excellent support, ensuring all clients receive a high level of care via phone and email
· Organised & good all round IT skills including MS Office
· Experience of working in a busy office
· Attention to detail
· Excellent telephone manner
This role will suit an individual with a flexible & a positive ‘can do’ approach, good numerical skills and an excellent telephone manner.
Monday to Friday: 40 hours per week
£22,000 - £25,000
