Job description:

Administrator required for a busy vehicle storage department based in Amersham. This is a new position within the company and the role will evolve and change over time.

ROLE:
Raise Invoices to clients and ensure timely payment from clients.
Check and record subrogation waivers for all cars in storage.
Recording history file and V5c locations as well as service record for all vehicles.
Liaise with insurance company.
Agree contracts and effective signature by client.
Liaise with Servicing department regarding servicing of client’s car/cars.
Tax vehicles, arrange MOT test, status where applicable.
Routine tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Maintaining and troubleshooting problems with office equipment such as computers, printers, and voicemail systems.
Monitoring stationery and general supplies.

Fully IT literate, Word and Excel

Flexible, punctual and presentable

Location:

Amersham

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)

Salary:

£25,000 - £28,000
