We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our client, a leading technology specialist in Chesham. The position will be working as part of the Admin Team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and will be the first point of contact, providing a first rate service to customers and suppliers.
Answering and transferring calls and welcoming visitors
Arranging customer collections and deliveries
Arranging site visits
Administrative duties and timesheet processing
General clerical duties; copying and scanning documents
Audio typing: preferred, however not essential
Logging calls in the Company’s system
Ordering supplies for the day-to-day running of the office
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Audio typing to a high and efficient standard.
Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Keen eye for detail with the ability to prioritise a busy workload, use own initiative and be proactive.
25 days Holiday per year + bank holidays
Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm)
