An experienced Bookkeeper is required at a well-established practice in Marlow . The successful candidate will provide a streamlined and efficient bookkeeping service for a range of clients and preferably have experience of working in a practice.
The role will also entail an element of payroll preparation for a range of clients (1 or 2 days per week) and providing payroll cover when the payroll manager is on holiday.
Option of the role being on a Part Time basis (20-25hrs to cover 4 days).
Bookkeeping and VAT return work for a range of clients.
Knowledge of accounts preparation would be useful, but not essential.
Candidates will be expected to be familiar with most of the popular bookkeeping software i.e. Sage, Xero, Quickbooks. but also proficient in the use of Excel spreadsheets.
System being used is IRIS Bureau Payroll, but if the candidate is not familiar with that, training will be provided.
37.5 hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm (Negotiable to suit the candidates availability)
£25,000 - £30,000
Pension. Holiday (based on a full-time worker) is 5 weeks per annum + bank holidays.
