An exciting opportunity is available for a CAD Technician to join a busy and growing design team within the Design & Manufacturing sector. This is a great opportunity to join the organization at a very busy time and to contribute towards their growing success.

The role will be working in a fast paced environment where attention to detail is paramount, therefore the successful applicant must be experienced in AutoCAD and have experience in a similar role ideally within an allied engineering sector.

ROLE:
Supporting the Design Manager on developing and integrating products within new build or refurbishment projects across the UK.
Prepare designs for manufacturing, whilst some product development interface will also be applied.
Required to demonstrate innovative qualities and contribute to design collaboration across the business.
Some element of concept design involved, although configuring established systems to client needs is the core function.

ATTRIBUTES:
AutoCAD is essential.
Experience in 3D modelling would be an asset.
Excellent eye for detail, with good communication and presentation skills.
'Can do’ attitude is vital.
