Customer Service Advisor
A great opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client, a long established specialist health insurance business based in Rickmansworth.
Since 1994 they have been delivering first class medical insurance and a personalised service to its members across the UK.
The role is call centre based reporting to the Customer Services Manager, duties are to assist with the day to day running of the Customer Services Team delivering high quality service across quotes, policy administration, claims and renewals.
Carrying out general customer service administrative duties as well as answering inbound claims and quotes queries
Liaising with clients and producing quotations for all product lines, building relationships with them to repeat business
Recording all documents received relating to a registered claim,membership & policy amendments.
Assist the company to achieve its operational budgets and targets by suggesting improvements to processes to improve efficiency within your team.
Assist with ad-hoc administrator tasks, such as scanning, documentation or franking post
Must have excellent customer service skills to liaise with customers and clients.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Monday - Friday (9:00am-5:00pm) - 35 hours per week
