Overall function of the role

We have an exciting and varied opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fantastic and busy client in Aylesbury.
Working as part of the Marketing, Communications & Events team, you are responsible for the development and implementation of the Website and Digital Marketing strategy. You will also lead on website developments, social media activity and support in the roll-out of digital marketing campaigns to engage small & medium sized businesses across a range of sectors.

Key Tasks

Oversee and manage the websites.
Lead on website developments for existing and new group websites with support from the Head of Marketing & Head of Operations to implement the development of new and existing group websites.
Project manage external website agencies.
Ensure content on the websites including imagery and video is kept up to date and on brand, working closely with Creative Content Executive and Digital Marketing Executive.
Oversee the development and implementation of Digital Marketing Plans and Strategy for the Group.
Manage the Digital Marketing Executive and Social Media assistant to develop and deliver compelling digital marketing campaigns.
Report on channel and campaign analytics and effectiveness to help support activity and future campaigns.
Project manage external website agencies.
Support member and team enquiries when required on the group website and social media channels.

Social Media:

Oversee the Group social media channels on Orlo to drive engagement, monitor sentiment, and enhance business and competitor intelligence
Manage the Social Media Assistant in the execution of social media activity, responding to social media posts and developing discussions
Engage key members in the team in the development of social media content and profiles to deliver on project marketing & campaign objectives.
Develop social media protocols and processes for the team to follow.
Make best use of existing engaging multimedia content and recommendations for the development of new content such as video, infographics and gifs to help increase business engagement.
Oversee the development, execution and measurement of social media advertising.
Monitor social media performance, set up reports, analysis and social media listening for the Senior Management Team.
Plan and approve content created by the social media assistant across all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedln, and lnstagram for all projects, creating and scheduling content when necessary.

The team members work remotely, usually from their home, supported by innovative technology and tools. This allows the company to be agile and cost efficient and it allows our employees to better juggle their work and home life. You will be required to attend ad hoc meetings in person usually within Buckinghamshire.
