Head of Engagement (Relationship Marketing)

Job description:

Our client, well-established in their sector is recruiting for an analytical, technically proficient and digitally savvy candidate with strong skills in building engagement across desktop, mobile and social channels.

The role will be report to the CEO, with the main purpose of the role being the responsibility for the development and delivery of a marketing strategy, enable growth, and enhances their presence and influence in the charity sector.

Ideally 5 days per week, however candidates wanting to do 4 days will also be considered.

ROLE:
Implementing & improving stewardship processes and communications to help users maximise their benefit.
Carrying out research and providing actionable guidance on how to improve all functionality and UX elements on the platform to help promote engagement, including the main applications, associated websites and possible Apps.
Providing platform feedback, and generating reviews.
Supporting the Head of Partnerships in client training & relationship development efforts.
Designing and delivering Salesforce stewardship journeys for new and existing clients.
Enhancing existing corporate links, whilst creating new sponsorship and promotional and/or product partnerships.
Looking for opportunities and creating ways to enhance brand visibility and drive wider engagement.
Maintaining and enhancing the organisational websites.
Monitoring and acting on website metrics in order to optimise AdWords, search engine rankings and site analytics.
Overall responsibility for regular and one-off promotional and bulk marketing campaigns; Promotional gifts, adverts & articles; supporting Events, Exhibitions and Conferences.
Working with the Head of Creative to implement creative content and campaigns across all mediums.
Collaborating across internal teams to bring new ideas and manage the user and client relationship.

ATTRIBUTES:
Organised, driven and with a clear sense of purpose.
Relevant proven experience in marketing and/or relationship management, and with particular technical knowledge in areas such as web design, digital user experience and/or video content creation (understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud could be an advantage).
Working as part of a dynamic organisation, suitable candidate must be adept at collaborating with and supporting other managers.

Hours:

Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)

Salary:

£55,000 - £80,000 (depending on candidate's suitability for the role)
