Our client, a well-established Estate Agents, is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be dealing with day-to-day lettings enquiries, property marketing and general administration whilst delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
Candidates will need to have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to cope in a pressurized environment.
Conduct property viewings and inspections.
Attend to lettings enquiries via telephone and email.
Communicate with landlords, updating them on viewings and offers.
To deliver excellent customer service.
To carry out various property administration and management tasks as required.
Maintain records on the system and keeping in touch with applicants.
Handle daily enquiries.
Maintain accurate marketing brochures and price lists.
Arrange inventory/check ins of new properties.
Prepare welcomes packs and oversee any snagging issues.
Deal with day to day property maintenance issues.
Skills and Attributes:
Must drive and have your own car.
Previous experience in a similar role is ideal (but not essential)
Enthusiastic and established within the role.
Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group and internal staff.
Written communication and numerical skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports.
Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
To carry out any other reasonable tasks as may be directed by the Directors to meet the needs of business.
Well-presented & personable.
Monday - Friday (9:00am to 6.00pm) / 2 in 4 Saturdays (9:00am – 4:00pm)
Negotiable/Competitive on experience + Commission
