An exciting opportunity is available for a Marketing Assistant with a well-established Insurance organization. As the business grows, they are looking to provide more marketing support within the business.
This role is office based and will report directly to the Head of Marketing. It will suit someone with a passion for Marketing, that can work well as part of team and that is keen to learn and utilise new tools; embrace change and new ways of working.
The role will be involved in the entire marketing mix, from product and price to promotion and distribution, with the potential to gain extensive experience in On and Offline marketing activity and have the opportunity to be involved and gain experience in areas beyond the core role profile, where capacity, interest and opportunity are available.
Management, development and delivery of all policy outputs.
Support with the creation, review and sign off of marketing material.
Support with the development of brand, communications and digital development.
Support with the planning and management of events, support materials and merchandise.
With training provided as the role progresses, this will allow for:
Website Content Management System (build and launch webpage content).
Support the evolution of the brand.
Get involved with new marketing and business initiatives.
Be involved in product/proposition management and design.
Proven track record of delivery in a sales and marketing environment.
Possess creative flair.
Meticulous by nature, keen eye for detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Well organised and able to work well under pressure.
Full Time Monday - Friday (35 hours per week)
