Member Services Co-ordinator
We have a great opportunity for a Member Services Co-ordinator to join our client, a specialist members insurance business which, since 1994, has been delivering first class insurance and a personalised service to its members across the UK.
The role is to assist with the day to day running of the Member Services Team delivering high quality service across quotes, policy administration, claims and renewals.
Producing quotations for all product lines
Loading new business on to the system
Dealing with membership & policy amendments post enrolment
Calculating, sending and processing renewals for all product lines
Assist in pricing negotiations on quotations and renewals
Ad-hoc administration tasks such as scanning documentation or franking post.
