Members Claims Consultant
We have a great opportunity for a Claims Consultant to join our client, a specialist members insurance business which, since 1994, has been delivering first class insurance and a personalised service to its members across the UK.
The role of Claims Consultant is to assist with the day to day running of the Members Claims Team, delivering high quality service to our customers through all the facets of the claims processes.
Claims processes should be performed competently, accurately, professionally, time efficiently and with an attention to detail in all areas.
Providing professional and friendly telephone based assessments and authorisation of claims
Providing written confirmation of claims decisions and notifications
Dealing with invoice payment queries
Support other members of your team working together to achieve team goals.
Be trained in other departments’ processes and assist with other team duties as and when required.
Undertake general office duties from time to time when required.
