Audio Typist and Admin Assistant
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our client, a leading technology specialist in Chesham. The position will be working as part of the Administration Team and Audio Typing experience is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and be the first point of contact, providing a first rate service to customers and suppliers.
Answering telephone calls – as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers.
Arranging customer collections and deliveries.
Arranging customer site visits.
Administrative duties regarding engineer timesheet processing.
Logging calls in the Company’s system.
Copying and scanning documents.
Performing general clerical duties.
Ordering supplies for the day-to-day running of the Company.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Audio typing essential – 60 to 70 WPM min
Good level of verbal and written communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent approach to people
Eye for detail
Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm)
