Job description:

We have a new and exciting vacancy available for an organised and efficient Office Manager. The main purpose of the role will be Administration, Accounting and Client Liaison.

This role is the first point of contact for new and existing clients, therefore excellent communication is key.
Training will be provided on in-house systems used.

The role is 4 days a week, with one of the days working from home if the candidate prefers.

ROLE:
Attend to incoming calls, emails and queries.
Client invoices, chasing payments and paying suppliers
Booking appointments for quotations, installations and annual maintenance visits
Updating the database on services and installations
Responsible for managing the diaries of a small team of engineers, ensuring jobs are arranged efficiently
Responsible for the day to day running of the office environment, ensuring the office is well organised and tidy, stationery supplies are up to date, office equipment is running smoothly also ensuring communal areas are well maintained, the kitchen is stocked, the building is operating in a fire and Covid-19 safe manner

KEY ATTRIBUTES:
Self motivated and able to work independently
Proven track record of database management
Familiar with accountancy programs, preferably SAGE
Have a great telephone manner, with excellent communication
Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks

Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately, or at short notice.
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £22,400 (4 Days a week)
