Job description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join our clients in a part time role as an Operations & IT Coordinator.
The company is fully remote with one of the key functions of the role being to ensure all new starters have their equipment delivered and up and running.
They have two stock rooms, one based in High Wycombe, the other in Aylesbury.
Traveling between sites will be require in own car and petrol will be reimbursed.

Other key Duties
• To be the key point of contact in managing our storage. Maintain the access instructions.
Support team members in visiting the stores. Ensure the security codes are changed regularly.
• Maintain a register of all our devices - laptops, mobile phones and tablets.
• Onboarding all new users ensure their equipment arrives on time and that they can use their laptop and the telephone system.
Proactively support them in resolving any issues.
• Maintain a directory of meeting space options for use by the team. Proactively identify locations where
team members can meet, confirm costs, access details and keep the register up to date.
• To be the key point of contact in managing our virtual office contractor.
•Receive post, scan this and email to appropriate recipients.
• Answer incoming calls and ensure calls are transferred/handled professionally.

£12,248 per annum (part time)
