Job description:

Our client, an award winning organization which operates in a variety of market sectors, is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join the team on a Part Time basis.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the organization.

ROLE:
Booking in parts and stock.
Processing Sales orders.
Arranging couriers.
Packing and lifting boxes occasionally.
Placing Purchase orders.
Dealing with phone enquiries.
Updating systems.
General administration.

ATTRIBUTES:
Good level of Customer Service.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Location:

Amersham

Hours:

Flexible - 4 to 5 hours a day (Monday – Friday)

Salary:

£22,000 - £24,000 (Pro Rata)
