Part Time Receptionist

Job description:

We are recruiting for an exciting and varied Part Time Reception role for a well-known automotive specialist.
The role is Temporary and will be on-going for an indefinite period.
The main attribute is being well-spoken and well-presented for this Front Facing role.

ROLE:
First point of call - meeting and greeting customers.
Answering the phone and keeping logs of calls and emails on a daily basis.
Managing 2 Reception areas, as well as the board room.
Preparation of meeting rooms.
Accounts filing of invoices and collating receipts.
Stationery orders.
Ad hoc general basic admin jobs

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous Administration / Reception experience.
Own car is a must (due to location, public transport isn't easily accessible).
Good working knowledge of Ms Office.
Excellent organizational skills.
Professional telephone manner.

Candidate will be employed by Better Prospects Recruitment, whilst the role is on a Temp basis.

Location:

Chorelywood

Hours:

Flexible: 9am – 3pm Monday to Friday or 9am – 5pm on Mondays and Fridays, and shorter hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

Salary:

£9.00 Per Hour
