An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a well-established Legal firm.
The role will be working in the Dispute Resolution team, with the main purpose being to provide full secretarial support including, typing of correspondence and legal documents and a timely delivery of outgoing correspondence.
This is an office based role, with the option of working Full Time or Part Time hours.
Pool type system assisting all fee earners but priority dependant across the team.
Attending to Client calls.
Utilising the systems to ensure all information is recorded efficiently.
File opening and compliance and ID checks.
Proper maintenance of the Fee Earner's files.
Timely preparation of bills as directed by the Fee Earner.
Making appointments for the Fee earner and keeping the diary up-to-date.
Maintaining a back-up record of all key dates on the Fee Earner’s matters.
Providing general assistance and support to Fee Earners to ensure that clients’ matters are dealt with.
Carrying out general Secretarial Duties for other Fee Earners.
Previous experience within the legal sector (beneficial)
Excellent Typing experience.
Excellent strong organisational skills.
Fully IT literate, Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills.
First class customer service skills.
Attention to detail.
Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm) / Flexible if Part Time
£30,000 Full Time or Pro Rata for Part Time Hours
