Exciting opportunity available for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a well-established business-led, not-for-profit economic development company which specialises in delivering programmes of support to businesses across the UK, providing grant-funded projects, business advice, and networking opportunities.
This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2025 and the suitable candidate will work closely with the Programme Manager to ensure the successful delivery and completion of the grant funding programme.
This is a remote working role, however own car and valid UK drivers license (with business cover insurance), is essential due to site/clients visits.
Point of contact for businesses applying to the West Northamptonshire Council for funding support.
Support applicants with their funding applications, ensure they meet the priorities of the funding programme.
Organise and attend the panel meetings and record the minutes.
Monitor the progress of projects across the West Northamptonshire area.
Keep the CRM system up to date.
Provide updates and regular reports on the progress of projects.
Undertake site visits when required.
Liaise with relevant organizations to ensure a joined approach to promoting the funding.
Live close to West Northamptonshire and be able to commute to site visits,
Demonstrate a thorough approach and attention to detail.
Excellent all round Admin experience.
Excellent approach to Customer Service.
Good knowledge of the local area.
Good working knowledge of MS Office & CRM's.
Competent at managing work load and achieve targets.
