Our client, well established in their field are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator.
Their products are designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom and are installed on many thousands of prestigious, high profile projects throughout the world.
The is a Full Time Office based role and will suit a diligent and organised Administrator, who possesses a confident and professional approach in dealing with customers and supply-chain partners.
Issuing pricing enquiries and tenders.
Raising purchase orders.
Expediting orders across the supply chain.
Inventory management (requires a collaborative approach across the entire team).
Able to evaluate the best value and ensure a timely response to enquiries.
Liaison with the finance team on invoice queries.
Liaison with estimating team to advise of cost variances.
Work alongside sales and design to ensure project budgets are met.
Resolving supply-chain partner issues or queries.
Good working knowledge of SAGE Line 50 and MS Office.
Demonstrate high capability of IT literacy.
Purchasing experience desirable, but not essential
Team player with a diligent and sound work ethic.
Confident with a good telephone manner.
Training provided on all aspects of the role

Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
£24,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience and suitability for the role)
