We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our client, a leading technology specialist in Chesham.The position will be working as part of the Admin Team and will report to the Directors PA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and be the first point of contact, providing a first rate service to customers and suppliers.
Answering and transferring calls and welcoming visitors
Logging calls in the Company’s system
Arranging customer collections and deliveries
Providing a first rate service to our customers
Assisting the Admin team where needed
Performing general clerical duties
General clerical duties; copying and scanning documents
Ordering supplies for the day-to-day running of the office
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Keen eye for detail with the ability to prioritise a busy workload, use own initiative and be proactive.
Touch typist / accurate fast typing
2 stage video interview - via MS Teams
25 days Holiday per year + bank holidays
Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm)
