We are currently sourcing an experienced and well-organised Receptionist / Front of House Assistant for a busy office.
This is a full time office based role, the suitable candidate must be well spoken, well presented and have a professional telephone manner.
Due to the company location, own car is required.
Greet visitors, answer telephone and maintain the message log.
Routine tasks to ensure front of house runs smoothly.
Take responsibility for the meeting room, attending to clients / booking meetings / arranging luncheons for meetings.
Maintaining and troubleshooting problems with office equipment such as computers, printers, and voicemail systems.
Assist in organising PR Events onsite as well as offsite events.
Sending parcels via courier, and running errands at lunch time as they arise.
Maintain reception diary, ensure the Saturday Rota is sent weekly, update the events calendar yearly.
Monitoring and purchase supplies / stationery / catering and general supplies.
Strong organisational skills
