Sales Administrator (Part Time TEMP )

Job description:

Our client, seeks an experienced Sales Administrator to fill a long term Temp Assignment. The role will be Part Time and the suitable candidate must have previous experience as a Sales Administrator or similar, have a professional telephone manner, experience with using SAGE and be highly organised.

The role will be to start immediately/as soon as possible for around 6 Months.
A particular requirement, is that the person does not have any holiday commitments in the school holiday/summer period as this is when they are most needed and so will not be able take time off.

ROLE:
Contact for customers for sales enquiries, orders, deliveries and accounts queries.
Confirming detailed orders with suppliers located in Germany, Estonia and Italy.
Order entry, inputting invoices received from the suppliers, running various reports and quarterly statistics using SAGE system.
Calculating and preparation of customer price quotations.
Resolving customer accounts queries, chasing credit notes.
Sending out customer samples, product literature.
Providing sales figures and information for client presentations on Word and Excel.
General Admin duties – filing, organising of quotes, updating price tables, ordering stationery.

ATTRIBUTES:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
Highly organised and systematic in approach to work.
Meticulous attention to detail and thorough record keeping
Mathematically competent with good standard of written English.
Strong Ms Office, Excel skills.
Knowledge of SAGE.
Comfortable working in a small team environment.

Monday to Friday 2:00pm-5:30pm

Salary:

£11.00 Per Hour
