Our client, an award winning organization which operates in a variety of market sectors, is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a Full Time office based role and the Sales Administrator will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks and to generate leads to support the Sales Team.
Answer requests made on the company web site.
Actively seek opportunities / new clients for the company, using LinkedIn, Google, and any other suitable search engines.
Keep up to speed with all relevant UK trade shows / exhibitions.
Seek to find suitable prospects that can be handed over to the sales team.
Attend Teams meetings to support the sales team.
Use the company’s CRM to record all relevant incoming and outgoing communications .
Prepare regular reports to show list of contacted prospects, potential clients, and opportunities that could be added to the company’s forecast and pipeline.
Good level of Customer Service.
Able to articulate clearly and accurately.
Able to send out emails in a professional manner.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
8:00am–5:00pm (Mondays to Thursdays) and 8:00am–12:30pm (Fridays)
