Our Client is an established and fast-growing recruitment agency who are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their team. They work with numerous well-known global brands and are looking to recruit a Senior Recruiter to help them continue to build their Executive Search offering.
Applicants will need to have a proven track-record in the recruitment industry, and can demonstrate the ability to identify industry leading talented individuals, as well as building meaningful relationships. The key skills required include:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport and trust with the candidates
• Strong client-facing skills
• Critical interviewing skills and techniques
• The ability to network across senior candidates
• Proven search skills – develop talent pools via various routes
