Job description:

Our client, well-known in their field has exciting opportunity available for Team Coordinator.
Due to rapid expansion and growth, they are are hiring an experienced Coordinator to work in the New Homes Team, with the main purpose of the role being to assist the department with a growing client base.

Role:
Work closely with the team - including Partner, Lawyer and Paralegals.
Offer effective and efficient delivery of tight deadlines with residential property new build property purchasers.
Liaising with large developers and working on regular updates.
General administrative roles.
The role will also be involved in business development activities and to supervise junior staff to ensure a smooth running of the team.

Attributes:
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience in the role of Administrator or Coordinator.
Excellent working knowledge with using MS Office.
Motivated and professional.

Location:

High Wycombe

Hours:

Monday to Friday (8:30am -5:30pm)

Salary:

Salary Negotiable on experience
