TEMP to PERM Receptionist
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our client, a leading technology specialist in Chesham. The position will involve all Reception duties, and will be working as part of the Admin Team, reporting to the Directors PA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and be the first point of contact, providing a first rate service to customers and suppliers.
The role is Temporary through our Agency, with the possibility of going Permanent if the role progresses well.
Answering and transferring calls and welcoming visitors
Logging calls in the Company’s system
Arranging customer collections and deliveries
Providing a first rate service to the customers
Assisting the Admin team where needed
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Keen eye for detail with the ability to prioritise a busy workload, use own initiative and be proactive.
To start immediately (ongoing)
Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm)
£11.54 per hour (£22,500 perm equivalent)
